About ACTS Organization
ACTS Organization was founded from a lifetime invested in athletics and leadership. For decades, Jimmy and Jera Lincoln have been immersed in competitive sports — as athletes, coaches, mentors, and parents. Through years of building programs and walking alongside young men and women in pivotal seasons of life, they saw a consistent reality: talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not.
Behind the scenes of games and tournaments are families quietly making sacrifices. Registration fees stretch budgets. Travel costs create stress. Equipment needs go unmet. And sometimes gifted athletes step away — not because they lack drive, but because they lack access.
ACTS was created to change that.
Rooted in faith and fueled by practical action, ACTS exists to provide financial assistance, relational mentorship, and spiritual support to athletes, coaches, and teams facing real barriers. We believe sport is more than competition — it is a training ground for character, resilience, leadership, and identity. ACTS is not simply a funding source. It is a community committed to strengthening the whole person — on and off the field.
What We Do
We help remove financial barriers that keep young athletes from stepping onto the field, court, or track. ACTS provides support for registration fees, equipment and uniforms, travel costs for tournaments and games, and specialized training or coaching expenses. We focus on families who are committed, hardworking, and simply need a bridge.
But ACTS is more than financial assistance. Every athlete and family we support is covered in consistent prayer. We connect them with believers who care about their whole life — character, identity, and faith — not just performance. Through authentic relationship, we introduce them to Jesus and surround them with encouragement that extends beyond the game. We believe sports can shape discipline, resilience, and leadership — and we want those foundations built on something eternal.
Our Vision
Right now, ACTS is in a foundational season. We are responding to needs as they arise, building trusted relationships, and establishing a structure that can grow with integrity.
Jimmy Lincoln, lifelong athlete and coach, is transitioning toward retirement from active coaching in the coming years. When he steps into full-time leadership, ACTS will expand intentionally — increasing financial assistance, strengthening mentorship connections, and building a sustainable network of support for athletes and teams in need.
The long-term vision is clear: No athlete limited by access. No family walking alone. No potential wasted. This is an act of the heart — and a commitment to excellence.
