Our Story

It started in a gift shop.

For over two decades, our founder Jera Lincoln ran a high-end gift shop that was really a ministry in disguise. While selling beautiful things, she was having Holy Spirit conversations with customers, speaking life and truth into hurting people, and watching God show up in the most unexpected moments.

Before the gift shop, Jera built a successful real estate company, growing it from the ground up and eventually leading a team of 18 agents before selling. When she sold, she opened a gift shop — not because she wanted to sell gifts, but because God had been preparing her for something bigger.

Jera's story isn't a simple one. Most of her childhood and early adult life was marked by silence and isolation. But God walked her through complete freedom — the kind of freedom that makes you want to help others find it too. The kind of freedom worth writing a book about (coming Spring 2026).

The gift shop — Good & Perfect Gifts LLC — became the training ground. Twenty years of learning how to communicate and minister to people one-on-one, right where they're at, with very little resistance. It wasn't a Christian bookstore. It was a marketplace ministry where hurting people found hope, confused people found clarity, and searching people found Jesus.

The Transition

When the storefront closed in 2022, God said, "Now. Start the ministry."

And Good & Perfect Gifts International was born.

We've always been marketplace ministers. We've always believed the Kingdom belongs in everyday life, not just in church buildings. We've always known that God meets people where they are — in coffee shops, over counters, in the middle of ordinary conversations.

Now we're building a community for people who want more. Who've maybe walked away from traditional church but haven't walked away from Jesus. Who are hungry for the supernatural but done with the superficial. Who want to grow, heal, and become everything God created them to be.
